Once your project is up(created) and running you need to know that the company you have chosen to create your project will still be there to provide you with full backup, should you have a problem or require an alteration for your project.

We provide free support for all our clients, there is no time limit on this support and you can ask us as many questions as you like. Most of our clients are setting up there projects for the first time and have a few questions and queries after their site goes completed, so we are happy to provide free, after sales support. Any slight alterations to the 2D and 3D design are also carried out for free.

Payment of our final invoice for the completion of a project, doesn't mean we leave you to your own devices and you may find that you need to make a tweak here or there. All support enquiries are handled via email initially and telephone conversations can be arranged thereafter if required.

We answer all enquiries within 12-24 hours. On the odd occasion the companies may experience a technical problem (like all companies), we cannot guarantee 100% uptime for you, but should any problems come to our attention, we will deal with it immediately.
